We continue to monitor developments concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. The health of Gannon & Scott’s clients, employees, and partners is always our primary concern. In light of global precautions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus and building upon recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the company has adopted new travel and refinery visitation restrictions over the next few weeks.
Gannon & Scott is suspending all international travel and limiting domestic travel to an as-needed basis. We ask if our employees and visitors are feeling ill to please remain at home. Customer witnessing is still permitted as long as the individual is not exhibiting signs of illness.
We realize this situation remains very dynamic. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more. We are confident in our preparation and contingency planning for situations such as this. It's also important to remember that Gannon & Scott has two locations and can continue refining at alternate locations if need be.
We remain committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers, employees, and partners have come to expect of our company throughout this situation.
And remember, the consensus has pointed out that the best defenses against COVID-19 are individual actions and best practices: wash your hands, use hand sanitizer, and avoid public places if you are sick.
