Cranston, RI (May 1, 2025) – Susan Barnatowicz has been named Customer Relations Supervisor at Gannon & Scott. This role will allow Susan to be at the forefront of driving the Company’s customer engagement and satisfaction objectives.

Reflecting on what inspired her to pursue a career in customer relations within the precious metal refining industry, Susan shared, “It was an opportunity presented to me at the perfect time in my life that I could not pass by. Little did I know how positively impactful this decision would be in my life.”

Susan joined the team in 2020, eager to “become part of a company that feels like a family,” she says. Since then, she has built strong connections with colleagues and clients. Noting one of her most memorable experiences, she shares, “I will never forget how welcoming everyone was to me as soon as I started.  I instantly felt that I had made the right decision and was eager to start learning and growing.  The woman who trained me, Donna Schupack, took me under her wing and was a wonderful mentor.  Donna, sharing her 20 years of knowledge, helped me to understand our procedures and to gain the confidence I needed to take over this role.  The satisfaction I feel from helping my customers and supporting my fellow co-workers to make their jobs easier and more efficient is so gratifying!” In her new role, Susan hopes to achieve a level of professionalism that will help her manage the customer relations team and encourage them to go above and beyond.

“Our team is excited to see Susan step into this role.  Her positive attitude, natural leadership ability and commitment to our customers has made her the perfect choice for this position.” said Michelle I. Cullion, Senior Vice President of Administration. “Susan has had such a positive impact at G&S, both internally and externally, and I’m excited to see her continue to grow in this next stage of her career.”

The Customer Relations team is committed to providing exceptional support, ensuring customers have clear account insights, prompt answers to settlement questions, and direct access to their Gannon & Scott Account Executive for personalized processing and pricing information. With Susan’s leadership and enthusiasm, the Company is confident in her continued success.

Congratulations Susan!
